This one actually is better than "Open" in my opinion. Doesn't look as flat and the textures are awesome.

I think you should look at each piece on its own instead of comparing, otherwise we end up saying " but that pic you made 3 months ago looks much better imo" I guess. That the other one is flat is also a choice and a limitation of working with only a scanner to digitalize stuff, when you make that choice you have to work with it.
